Helping Helpers

In 2015. a training camp was established under the name „Helping Helpers“

In 2015. a training camp was established under the name „Helping Helpers“. It lasts 7 days, and is held every June. It often happens that those who are constantly responding to others' needs reach a point of burn out, and then they themselves become those in need. That is why this camp is organized in such a way that people in helping professions are provided, not only with help and support, but also practical training on selfhelp and self-protection. They can use what they learn in their work with afflicted and traumatized people. Besides everyday seminars, helpers can have individual sessions with professionals from fiels of psychotherapy, theology and counseling.
